GOOD - BYE LOVE

          A girl in her late 40 standing on a cliff to end her life when she heard a voice calling out for her. She turns only to stumble on seeing the person. The person eyes held anger that could burn anyone. She fell on her knee and cried her heart out. Looking at her anyone would have felt pain their winches with pain but the person before her felt nothing, nothing at all. What could she say to the person standing before her, that she no more wish to continue to live her life in guilt. Guilt for killing her best friend who was like her soul sister.

      

        She sense the touch of the person and raises her head only to meet the eyes of a known person and gets lost into the past lane. Her late friend and herself were enemy from childhood. They never left a single chance in hurting each other. On that fateful night she had broken up with her boyfriend on a bad note. She was so distressed she took alcohol for the first time to solace from the pain. 

     

        In that drunken state she started to walk on the lonely road and reached the cliff. The same cliff she presently in. She shouted to reduce the pain of agony but nothing worked. All that while there was another person present in the very place with tears in the eyes. Who was none other than her arch enemy. On sensing the presence of another person she turns and shouts,"What the hell are you doing here?" she paused while in thought and continued, "Oh! Now I get it, you are here to mock me and take pleasure in my current state. Isn't it?" She took a few unsteady steps and broke into tears. "Why." "Why did he do that to me?." "What was my mistake?" "Other than loving him wholeheartedly I don't remember doing anything else". "Then why do I need to undergo this heartbreak." "Just why" and bawled hugging her enemy.

       After a while she broke the hug and turned realizing what she had done and asked her enemy to leave her alone when that didn't happen she turned and lost her balance and was about to fall when the unexpected happened. In order to save herself she got hold of something perhaps a hand of someone and steadied herself but in that process she managed to pull the hand of the person with forces and the person tripped and fell from the cliff. It took her a few minutes to register what exactly happened and yelled the name of her enemy "DISHA"     

        

      With a jerk she came out from her memory lane. Even though every single soul living in this world claimed that incident to be an accident but her heart knows it was she who killed her enemy - DISHA. The person who is present there took a few silent steps and pushed her off from the cliff and stood there listening to her screech "AAAaaaaaaaa" Once the scream mellowed the person rubbed off the tears and thought " Even though you never voiced out I know you miss her but still claim her to be your enemy when she is, was and will be your BEST FRIEND CUM BEST ENEMY. I know in this whole world whom you truly loved was her and only her. And that is why I am redeeming you from the pain of separation and longing. For others it is their mind which plays the trick and in your case it was your heart which played the trick and you ended up here.In corner of your mind you know it was an accident but since you miss her you choose to be in guilt of killing her.  And I wanted only your happiness and your happiness lies in her. So  GOOD- BYE LOVE, may your soul find and be with your friend- Disha  May your soul rest in peace. And the person walked away.
